I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Graz. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very affordable considering the great service and amenities provided. Secondly, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms. The room I stayed in had a comfortable double bed and was tastefully decorated, giving it a cozy and warm atmosphere. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and ensured that my needs were met. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Graz.
All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

the staff were also friendly and helpful, making my solo trip much easier. the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and clean. One of the standout features was the warm atmosphere, which made me feel right at home.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the free breakfast, which had a decent variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
the hotel did not have a gym or fitness center, which was a letdown for me since I wanted to maintain my exercise routine during my city break. Lastly, there was no minibar in the room, which would have been a nice addition for those who want to enjoy a refreshing drink in their room.

Spent Christmas break with the family at this cozy hotel. Loved the central location, close to shops and restaurants. the staff was inviting and attentive, always ready with suggestions on what to see or do. the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering everything from sweet pastries to savory bites. Kids especially enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. Room was spacious and warm, furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy pillows.
Was disappointed that the check-in process was not clearly explained, making it difficult to get access to our room. the Wi-Fi was very spotty and slow, making it hard to stay connected to work and social media.
